- Overview and Agreement
Please note that by entering our site or making a booking, you are accepting our Terms and Conditions that are contained herein.
Car Transfers – we explicitly act as Principal when contracting with us to provide you a car transfer. Your contract is solely with Luxe Chauffeuring LTD who will source and provide the required car transfer. Any problems, changes, amendments will be undertaken with Luxe Chauffeuring LTD.
Our Terms and Conditions change from time to time and you agree that you are aware of the latest Terms and Conditions at any time.

Both you and we agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions found on this page.
- Definitions
“We, our, us” means Luxe Chauffeuring LTD.
“You, your” means you, a visitor to the Site or the person making the Booking.
“Booking” means any booking or reservation made using the Site.
“Booking Confirmation” means our confirmation of your Booking which we provide for you to download from the Site and which you can exchange for a Voucher.
“Content” means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of the Site.
“Group” means any group on whose behalf you are making a booking
“Information” means the information we are required to provide set out in Schedule 1 of the Regulations
“Regulations” means the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
“Stops” means any occasion when you ask the driver of the vehicle to stop so that you can collect/drop off a passenger or carry out your personal business.
“System” means the system or systems we use in connection with the Site.
“Terms and Conditions” means these Terms and Conditions.
“User” means any person, firm or company using the Site for any purpose.
“Voucher” means the voucher, ticket, e-ticket, docket or other document enabling you to obtain the services referred to in a Booking form.
- Your promises to us
You warrant and agree:
3.1 The Site
3.1 in relation to the Site that:
3.1.1 if you follow any links we have on the Site, you will read the terms and conditions on the sites we link you to;
3.1.2 you won’t use robots, spiders, scrapers or similar on the Site;
3.1.3 you won’t try to get around any things we put on the Site to stop or limit access to parts of it;
3.1.4 you won’t do anything that might cause our System to crash;
3.1.5 you won’t steal, borrow, copy or otherwise obtain the Site or any part of it for use in any other site or application;
3.1.6 you won’t try to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any programs we use in connection with the Site or the services it offers;
3.1.7 you won’t copy, imitate or use the trademarks and/or designs and/or layout or anything else which would usually amount to intellectual property and which we own;
3.2 The Booking
3.2 in relation to your Booking and on behalf of yourself and each member of your Group that:
3.2.1 you have the right to make this agreement with us; and you have the authority of and act as agent for all others on whose behalf you are making the Booking and that you are over the age of 18 years;
3.2.2 all of the information you give to us when you make a Booking is true, accurate and complete and that you are not acting as agent for anyone else apart from the people in your Group;
3.2.3 you have told us before the delivery of our services of anything which might affect the Booking or any advice or assistance we or the Service Provider might give including but not so as to limit the effect of this sub-Clause:
3.2.3.1 your need for any child seat/s;
3.2.3.2 any disabilities to which you or your Group are subject and which may affect the delivery of the services we provide;
3.2.4 you will follow all advice we offer in relation to the service we offer;
3.2.5 if we offer advice which you choose not to take we will not be liable for the consequences;
3.2.6 your Group will not exceed the size you have advised us of when making the Booking and you agree that the Service Provider has no obligation to accommodate any other person or persons;
3.2.7 you and each member of your Group will at all times comply with the reasonable requests of the Service Provider and any conditions they impose in connection with the delivery of the services they provide and that if you break this sub-Clause your Booking may be cancelled and you will not be entitled to any compensation;
3.3 Refunds
3.3.1 If you fail to use any Voucher by the date agreed in your Booking we will not be able to refund the monies you have paid unless we have made a mistake or you are covered by the Regulations.
- Car Transfers
The confirmation of your Booking, will provide a description of the product you have requested.
You agree to keep the Booking Confirmation and to ensure that it complies in all respects with the requirements you entered when you made the Booking.
If there is an error in the Booking Confirmation you agree to contact us immediately by email to [email protected] to advise us of the error and we will do what we can to resolve it.
If you do not contact us in connection with an error in the Booking Confirmation, you will be obliged to accept the products as shown and you will not be entitled to a refund.
The following additional conditions relate to Car Transfers:
1 you will arrive at any collection point on or before the time we or the Service Provider have specified and you agree that time will be of the essence in this respect and that if you are late your Booking may be cancelled and you will not be entitled to any compensation;
2 neither you nor any member of your Group will be intoxicated during any transfer we arrange for you and that neither you nor any member of your Group will smoke, consume alcohol or food during any transfer and that if you break this sub-Clause your Booking may be cancelled and you will not be entitled to any compensation;
3 you agree that the Booking comprises only the number of Stops referred to in the Booking confirmation.
4 Luxe chauffeuring LTD accepts no liability for any damage to property.
- Our role
5.1 Our role in the provision of Car Transfers:
5.1.1 We provide car transfers in the capacity of Principal – you contract with Luxe Chauffeuring directly
5.1.2 We source appropriate vehicles based on the information provided
5.1.3 We cannot guarantee the service where circumstances are outside our control
5.1.4 We are regulated by Transport for London under licence to provide car transfers as an Operator and we confirm we are fully compliant with all regulations pertaining to such licence
5.1.5 All our drivers are individually licensed with the Public Carriage Office
5.1.6 We maintain strict adherence at all times to the relevant legislation in regards our operating procedures and driver licencing
- The Process
6.1 The process as it relates to the booking of car transfers:
6.1.1 No contract exists between you the customer and Luxe Chauffeuring until we have provided you a price for the requested transfer and you have accepted it
6.1.2 Once you have received and accepted a price for the requested transfer, then you have entered into a contractual agreement with Luxe Chauffeuring acting as Principal
6.1.3 Luxe Chauffeuring will then source a suitable vehicle and driver and instruct them to follow the instructions relevant to the requested transfer
6.1.4 Any further communication regarding changes, amendments or cancellations will be between you and Luxe Chauffeuring via SMS or telephone.
6.1.5 We operate an automated process whereby information relating to the vehicle and driver will be sent to you – there will be no communication directly between you and the driver.
- Cancellations
7.1 If you are buying services from us as a consumer then the following provisions apply:
7.2 for the purpose of the Regulations we may confirm these Terms and Conditions and the goods and services we are providing to you in the email in which we confirm your Booking;
7.3 If the booking is cancelled by you with less than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the trip, then full amount of the trip is being retained. If cancelled with more than 24 hours then full amount is being refunded.
- Delays
8.1 You acknowledge that your Booking is for a specific time and if you are not available at that time we may cancel the Booking but retain the fee.
8.2 If you feel that you may be delayed, you agree to contact us as soon as you are aware of the delay in order to find out if they can accommodate that delay.
8.3 You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the arrival time at your destination and that we have no liability if there is any delay.
- Limitation of liability
9.1 As far as we are allowed by law, we deny liability for any losses of all kinds which you incur from riding on one of our vehicles.
- Modifications to these Terms and Conditions
10.1 These Terms and Conditions will change from time to time, as a result, you agree to read this page each time you visit or make a booking to ensure you are aware of the up to date information here. When you proceed to use the Site or make a booking you agree that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions.
